About: This job posting is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for crew leadership, performance monitoring, maintaining McDonald’s standards, safety, security, and profitability.
