Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, offering good benefits and opportunities for career advancement. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences. Shift Managers provide leadership, monitor performance, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards, manage safety, security, and profitability, and facilitate communication among team members. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, at least 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
