Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Shift Managers provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, communicate effectively, handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Must be 18 years or older.
