Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a managerial position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience, providing leadership, monitoring performance, ensuring standards adherence, safety, and profitability. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
