About: At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries, in clean restaurants with a top-tiered customer service approach. Shift managers are trained to perform all duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
Requirements: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred; creating a great place to work for your team; fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile; honest, energetic, motivational, and fun; setting high standards for yourself and for your team
