Position: Shift Leader
About: The Shift Leader at a restaurant is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts to ensure the company’s standards are met. They focus on maintaining quality, timeliness, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness while upholding company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Valid driver’s license and car insurance required; Successful completion of required training and certifications, including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. Experience: 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; Internal motivation and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching; Quick grasp of new ideas and effective communication skills; Superior guest service and flexibility to adapt to changes; Availability for minimum 3 shift leader shifts per period with a flexible schedule.
