About: Cafe Zupas, a restaurant chain known for serving house-made and globally-inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts in their next-generation kitchens, is currently seeking a Shift Leader to join their team.
Requirements: 1-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry; Experience training others; Available to work between 20-40 hours per week; Enthusiastic, positive, and patient; Growth-minded, driven, and detail-oriented; Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment; Adaptable to new processes and systems
