Position: Shift Leader
About: The Shift Leader position at a restaurant involves overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to company standards in terms of recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license and car insurance required; successful completion of required training and certifications, including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. Experience: 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; internal motivation and attention to detail essential; effective communication skills with team members, guests, and vendors necessary; flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; working knowledge of relevant laws and codes preferred.
