Position: Shift Leader
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be the employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, and scheduling.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. They provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, profitability, and meet targets. Responsibilities include food safety, inventory management, crew management, customer service, and training. Previous leadership experience preferred, positive team player with flexibility, and must be 18 years or older.
