Position: Shift Leader
About: In coordination with General and Assistant Managers, the Shift Leader provides leadership and guidance to hourly staff in specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. They are responsible for ensuring proper organization, staff management, and guest service in accordance with company standards.
Requirements: three or more months of restaurant experience as an hourly employee strongly preferred; excellent customer service and employee relation skills; capable of supervising specific areas in a fast-paced environment; able to perform under pressure and respond quickly in a high volume setting; able to work in different temperature ranges; capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
