Position: Shift Lead-FOH
About: The Shift Leader at a restaurant is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during an assigned shift to ensure the company’s standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest care.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license and car insurance required; successful completion of required training and certifications including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. Experience: 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; internal motivation and detail-oriented with a passion for teaching others; ability to grasp and retain new ideas, effective communication skills, superior guest service skills, flexibility and adaptability to change, availability for a minimum of 3 shift leader shifts per period; working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, and computer operations preferred.
