Position: Shift Lead-FOH
About: The Shift Leader position at a restaurant is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts to ensure the company’s standards are met in terms of recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license and car insurance required; successful completion of required training and certifications including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. Experience: 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; internally motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for teaching; ability to grasp and incorporate new ideas into daily work; effective communication skills with team members, guests, and vendors; superior guest service, flexibility, and adaptability; knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, security systems, and computer operations preferred.
