Position: Shift Lead
About: This position is to provide additional support to the management Team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring all table visits are performed, resolving Guest issues, leading and coaching Team Member performance, positively impacting sales and profits, providing support for the Front of House and Heart of House Teams Administrative.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant operations; leadership and facilitation abilities; superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures; conflict management and analytical skills; ability to maintain pace and intensity for extended periods; ability to follow specific service time and guidelines; reliability and dependability in adhering to schedule and covering shifts when necessary.
