Position: Shift Lead
About: The Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant is seeking a dedicated and responsible Shift Manager to provide additional support to the management team during peak periods or in the absence of a Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving sales and profitability goals in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in restaurant management preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of restaurant operations and safety procedures; familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations; excellent customer service and conflict management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively; reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a high level of intensity throughout shifts; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
