Position: Shift Lead
About: Blackburn Capriotti is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team in Lehi, UT. The Shift Lead will work under the Operations department, reporting to the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager. The role involves ensuring profitability, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment in alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Requirements: High school or equivalency required; college coursework or degree preferred; previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred; at least 18 years of age; proven track record of success as a Team Member
