Position: Sheraton Denver Tech Center – Chef & B
About: As a Chef at a hotel, you will play a crucial role in overseeing food preparation for all food outlets while maintaining high standards of food quality, handling, and presentation. You will support the hotel’s financial objectives by assisting in daily restaurant operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on involvement in operational tasks.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role in Food and Beverage Department; Have 5 or more years of progressive experience in Hotel Food & Beverage or a Culinary Degree with 3 or more years of experience in the industry; Friendly and customer-centric with excellent communication skills; Proficient in menu planning and meal preparation for various outlets and events; Ability to monitor food costs, control waste, and maintain quality standards; Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff effectively and implement financial plans.
