Position: Sheen Center For Thought and Culture – On-Call House Staff
About: This part-time, on-call guest services position at the Sheen Center in New York offers a hybrid role in front-of-house operations. The focus is on delivering an exceptional guest experience following Sheen Center guidelines.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required; Equivalent work experience in an arts venue or customer services industry; Proficiency with MS Office products required, experience with Point of Sale and AudienceView ticketing software systems preferred; Ability to multi-task and excellent interpersonal communication skills; Positive professional attitude, alignment with Sheen Center mission and goals; Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; Able to handle light lifting and stand for extended periods.
Benefits: Competitive pay at $16.50 per hour, On-call position eligible for overtime
