The ‘Service Well’ position involves maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas, ensuring all necessary items are stocked, suggestively selling appropriate food and beverage items, utilizing Perry’s Restaurants’ 40 steps of service, and properly entering and ordering all items into the Aloha Point of Sale system. Must be TABC Certified, with Servsafe or similar Food Handler’s Certificate potentially required depending on store location.
