Position: Service Valet – Southern Kia Greenbrier
About: Southern Auto Group is looking for a Service Concierge to join their team. The Service Concierge will greet and direct guests at the service department, assist with check-in processes, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a stress-free experience for customers. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; customer service or related experience preferred; friendly demeanor; helpful attitude; highly professional and dependable; automotive dealership experience is a plus; excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and time management skills
