Position: Service Valet Porter – Westside Lexus
About: Service Valet Porter role at Westside Lexus Auto Dealership involves supporting the process of satisfying customer demands by providing superior customer service. Essential responsibilities include greeting and welcoming customers, assessing and documenting vehicle damage, parking and retrieving vehicles, supporting the Lexus Advisor team, performing quality inspections on loaner cars, and custodial duties like stocking the lobby with beverages. The role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work outside in all weather conditions, and prior customer service experience is a plus. Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED, and one to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination. Certificates, licenses, registrations: Operator’s Driver’s License (must be insurable).
