Position: Service Valet Porter – Northside Lexus
About: Northside Lexus Auto Dealership is seeking a Service Valet Porter to support the process of satisfying customer demands for Lexus by providing exceptional customer service. The role includes greeting customers, assessing vehicles for damage, parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting the Lexus Advisor team, conducting quality inspections on loaner cars, and performing custodial duties such as stocking the lobby with beverages.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); ability to work professionally and courteously with customers, communicate in English, excellent communication skills, professional appearance, work in a fast-paced environment, work outside in all weather conditions; prior Customer Service Experience a plus
