Position: Service Technician I/Porter – High-rise (Lease up)
About: The Service Technician I at Mill Creek Residential is responsible for maintaining the overall curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This hands-on role involves routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial tasks, and groundskeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; Experience performing maintenance duties helpful; Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful; Ability to accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic; Knowledge of safely operating maintenance equipment; Familiarity with general office equipment; Competency in using chemicals, paint, and cleaning supplies; Ability to operate motorized vehicles safely such as a golf cart
