Position: Service Technician I/Porter – High-rise (Lease up)
About: The Service Technician I maintains the overall curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This position is a hands-on job requiring the performance of routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, and groundskeeping tasks. The Service Technician I works in accordance with operating and safety standards, ensuring requests and repairs are made in a safe, reliable, timely manner.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; Experience performing maintenance duties helpful; Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful; Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic; Safely operate maintenance equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, hand tools, power tools, etc.; Ability to use general office equipment; Safely use chemicals, paint, and general cleaning supplies; Frequently and safely operate motorized vehicles such as a golf cart
