Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent like GED); 2-4 years of recent experience in Customer Service, Account Maintenance, or technical support; ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong commitment to customer service; flexibility in work schedule; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; successful completion of the pre-employment process
