Position: Service Representative – Billing/Invoice

The Customer Service Representative position is based at the Ann Arbor office, requiring Billing/Invoice and Accounts Payable experience as the primary requirement, with Maintenance or Parts Clerk experience being a plus. Requirements: 2 years of customer service experience; Billing/Invoice and Accounts payable experience; Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills; Experience with Microsoft Office; Available to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends; Preferred qualifications: Maintenance Shop/Parts experience, Transportation experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
