Position: Service Receptionist
About: FORD OF HARVEY is in need of outgoing, optimistic, and extremely customer-friendly team members to help with our growing service department. Our service greeters will assist customers and service staff by directing incoming calls, making service appointments, cashiering, and maintaining a positive attitude while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; trainable and eager for career advancement; outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills; professional appearance; strong organizational skills
