Position: Service Porter
About: A dealership service porter position is open in the Service Department under the supervision of the Service Manager. The role involves verifying receipt of service vehicles, organizing parking in the service lot, maintaining cleanliness in the service department, providing assistance to technicians, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. Additionally, the porter is responsible for reporting damages, safeguarding the dealership’s integrity, complying with company policies, completing required training modules, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and perform basic mathematical calculations; common sense reasoning and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
