Position: Service Porter
About: Avalanche Harley-Davidson is seeking a Lot Porter to move and clean motorcycles, maintain their sound working condition, and support the Service Manager as required. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the cleanliness and upkeep of the service facility and company property.
Requirements: Must have 2+ years of motorcycle experience; capable of pushing and loading motorcycles; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement; clean driving record; knowledge of sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products and services; passion for the motorcycling lifestyle; attention to detail; high energy level; positive attitude towards teamwork; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings; proficient in meeting deadlines; physically able to handle demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, using tools, lifting 50lbs, balancing and pushing heavy motorcycles; must use both hands effectively
