Position: Service Porter
About: The Alinea Group is looking for a full-time Service Porter (Polisher) to join our team! The Service Porter is an important part of the team, ensuring that all equipment is clean, organized, and maintained at a high standard for service. This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week. Requirements: 1 or more years of experience in dishwashing, porter, or a comparable position; High attention to detail; Strong communication skills; Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; Ability to think clearly, quickly, and maintain concentration during high-pressure situations; Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours; Must be able to move, pull, or lift at least 35 pounds; Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
