Position: Service Manager (MSP exp. req. $85-100K)
About: Our client in the IT and Managed Services industry is looking for a Service Manager to add to their growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical in maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Leading a team of seven autonomous, well-tenured technicians, you will foster collaboration while maintaining high service standards for approximately 250 clients. This role also includes participating in the leadership team, offering a unique opportunity to shape strategic decisions and contribute to organizational growth. Requirements: 2+ years of service management experience within an MSP environment required; Exchange Online (MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) experience required; Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware technologies required; Supervisory or mentorship experience required; Impeccable written and verbal communication skills required
