Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant management or service-related role preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of front of house operations, including sales, training, and employee management; familiarity with liquor ordering and cost control; understanding of applicable liquor laws and safety regulations
