Position: Service Manager
About: Texas Roadhouse is a people-first company known for serving legendary food and providing legendary service. They are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in managing Front of House operations and employees; strong knowledge of service standards, compliance, and restaurant safety protocols; ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction; proficient in managing liquor orders and controlling costs; familiarity with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
