Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in managing Front of House operations and employees; strong passion for customer service and guest experience; knowledge of liquor ordering and cost control; familiarity with safety regulations and compliance enforcement; ability to conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
