Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, specifically in Front of House operations; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws; Proven ability to drive sales and maintain guest satisfaction; Experience in training and developing employees; Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management
