Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred; ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the properties; successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
