About: Service Manager position available in Reno, responsible for overseeing the overall management and performance of a designated branch, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality services to customers while achieving business objectives and targets.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years of proven experience in branch management, preferably in the service industry); Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset; Sound financial acumen and budget management skills; Knowledge of industrial regulations and best practices; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP and CRM software
