Position: Service Manager

Requirements: Associates degree strongly preferred; technical degree, equivalent military experience, or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in site operations in a heavy industrial or production setting, with experience in water treatment greatly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with industrial equipment, safety regulations. Proficiency in process optimization, simple data analysis, basic water chemistry. Proficient with computers, business software such as Microsoft Office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, and cloud-based solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Demonstrates critical thinking and complex troubleshooting to guide and advise team members and customers. Able to operate a company vehicle. Valid Driver’s License. Personally Assigned Vehicle is included with this role.
