Position: Service Manager
About: PackSmart, a family-owned premier provider of packaging equipment and supplies based in West Chicago, is seeking a Service Manager to join their team. Requirements: 5+ years working in a service tech and manager role; must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize; must be detail-oriented; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability in troubleshooting and repairing equipment; ability to work in challenging and time-sensitive situations
