Position: Service Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to enforce policies and ensure safety and cleanliness standards; knowledge of liquor orders and costs; familiarity with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines; experience in training, coaching, and managing employees; understanding of safe food handling procedures
