Position: Service (Maintenance) Specialist

Requirements: Required: 2+ years of previous maintenance experience; Preferred: Trade school education; Certifications and/or Licenses: Have or willing to attain EPA, CPO. Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and communicate effectively with supervisor, tenants, and vendors. Mathematical Skills – Ability to perform basic calculations. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Computer Skills – Proficiency in internet navigation and web-based timekeeping software. Physical Requirements – Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
