Position: Service Host
About: Responsible for providing high quality guest service and assisting guests in the gaming area. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on excellent customer service and team collaboration.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service industry; Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to handle currency and coin; Experience working professionally with other department personnel, co-workers, and management; Proven experience providing a high level of guest service; Pleasant personality, team-oriented, and enjoys working with and assisting people; Basic computer skills; At least 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations; Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company; Verify the right to work in the United States.
