Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of work experience in a high-volume environment; strong communication skills both verbal and written; ability to work independently and collaboratively; familiarity with technology and quick adoption of new tools; creative problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills; at least 1 year of experience using MS Outlook
