Position: Service Bartender
About: The Service Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient service bar. The main responsibility is fulfilling restaurant drink orders from our Point-of-Sale (POS) system. The position also requires a willingness to learn our in-house beer selection and the brewing process. Prior experience dispensing beer, mixing cocktails, and serving non-alcoholic drinks, all while following Company recipes and service policies is necessary. Effective communication and prior experience with restaurant POS systems and software is also required.
Requirements: Must possess a pleasant personality and maintain a neat clean appearance; Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved uniform; Ability to stand during entire 4-8 hour shift; This job requires the use of hands, arms, and fingers, and the ability to see, hear, read, and speak; Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English; Must have mental and physical stamina to work quickly for long hours; Must be have a valid, ANSI-certified food handlers license; Must have a valid B.A.S.S.E.T for alcohol certification; Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs boxes
