Position: Service/Bar Manager
About: Firebirds, a full-service restaurant, is seeking a Service/Bar Manager to oversee the daily front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through quality service and hospitality. The role involves leadership, team management, and collaboration with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure; self-actualized, motivated, and dependable; self-discipline; maintained professional appearance
