Position: Service Attendant/Busser
About: The cafe is seeking a Service Attendant/Busser to prepare and serve food items under the direction of the Cafe manager. The role involves various tasks such as pulling and wrapping bread, preparing food, stocking FOH, delivering food to guests, maintaining the dining room and restrooms, and supporting company initiatives. Secondary functions may include Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, and Line Cook responsibilities. Key tasks also involve maintaining displays, bussing tables, and ensuring accurate cash flow when performing cashiering functions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of the same; CBC driver training completion and valid driver’s license with insurance; State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification; minimum of 3 months’ work experience in guest service preferred; strong guest service and communication skills; organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate; proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
