About: Neiman Marcus Group, a leading luxury retailer in the U.S., is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Service Assistant/Busser to join their team. The role involves maintaining dining room setup to ensure exceptional food and beverage service aligned with Neiman Marcus standards, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines; ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties; knowledge of food preparation, culinary terminology, and table service protocol; physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35 pounds; exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
