Position: Servers, Catering (Seasonal)
About: Responsible for specific aspects of equipment pulls, event set-up, and service, and breaking down of catering events as instructed by the Catering Captains and Catering Managers. Ensure exemplary guest service through all forms of banquet service, such as buffet, plated, carving stations, and bartending.
Requirements: 1-2 years previous external catering or banquet service experience required in a similar market; valid Class D Florida Driver’s License required.
