Position: Servers
About: Hotel Forty-Five, a part of Mainsail under the Tribute Portfolio standards, is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Servers to join their team. The hotel combines musical notes with refined southern cuisine to offer a unique experience to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma, equivalent, or higher; previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a server; excellent customer service skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to use technology, e.g. tablets, iPads, computers, and POS system; beverage knowledge, including wine and liquor; ability to work on a team with members of the Front of House staff; proven experience in describing dishes and beverages to guests; ability to handle station, and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner; a sense of ownership in everything that you do
