Position: Servers
About: Sidelines Sports Eatery & Pub is seeking dedicated Sidelines Servers to provide friendly and prompt service to all guests. The Servers play a key role in describing menu items, assisting with food and beverage selections, taking orders, delivering items, processing payments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in a vibrant sports bar setting.
Requirements: Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred; upbeat, outgoing, and positive demeanor; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills; effective team player; ability to be on feet and alert for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.; proficient in continuous use of hands and arms, bending, reaching, and twisting; adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
