About: Aris Restaurant, part of the SOF Hospitality group expanding to Austin, is seeking Servers for its new upscale steakhouse. SOF Hospitality operates restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Costa Rica, known for diverse menus, exquisite cocktails, and exceptional customer service, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere for memorable dining experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; open and flexible availability for 32-40 hours per week; ability to stay composed under pressure, articulate information clearly, engage with guests, and create memorable experiences; experience in upscale, fast-paced environments preferred; detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; receptive to constructive criticism and constantly striving for excellence
